Maison Richefort – Refunds and Customer Support

Refunds
If a product is out of stock or your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
All refunds are processed in the currency of your location, where available.

Order Not Received
Our estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days, excluding processing time.
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

If your package has not arrived within this period, please wait an additional 5 business days. If it still has not been delivered, contact our customer support team and we will investigate promptly.

We currently ship to most countries, including Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Some regions may be excluded based on carrier availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
We will either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After this brief window, your order is automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.

If you made an error with your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist where possible.

Return Shipping Costs
