Maison Richefort – Return & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Return Guarantee
You have the right to return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be in original condition

• Include all original tags and labels

• Be returned in the original packaging

• Show no signs of wear or use

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused. We reserve the right to reject returns if the items are used, damaged, or incomplete upon arrival.

Important Return Instructions
Always return your item using a trackable shipping service. We cannot offer refunds for packages lost in transit without valid tracking information.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed in your local currency where available.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After that time, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Received the Wrong Item or Size?
If you received an incorrect item or the wrong size, please let us know. We will send the correct product free of charge.
